Return Procedure – Fipper Slipper

At Fipper Slipper, we do our best to serve you as well as possible. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Below you can read how to exchange or return an item.

1. Return Conditions

You may only exchange or return items purchased through Fipper Slipper.

To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must:

• Be undamaged and unworn
• Have the original tag attached
• Be returned in the original or proper packaging

The costs and shipping risk of returning items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments will not be accepted by us, regardless of the reason for return.

2. Cooling-off Period

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to exchange or return your item(s).

After this period, the purchase can no longer be cancelled and becomes final.

3. Exchanges

You can exchange an item for:

• A different size
• A different model (if in stock)

If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid by the buyer.

The new item will be shipped once we have received and checked the original item in good condition.

4. Returns (cancellation of purchase)

If you return (part of) your order, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount of the relevant item.

• Shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded.
• The refund will be transferred to you within 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned item(s).

Was your item delivered damaged or do you have a complaint? Please first contact us via:
